Just as I finished uploading the podcast file to storage yesterday afternoon, our communication with the rest of the world went down. All Internet, home and mobile phone services were cut out in Central and Northern Queensland because of damage to the cable because of the flooding down south. Being unable to upload a podcast when I wanted seems like a first world whine, compared to what many are going through with the floods south of here.
